This limited edition release from Filey Bay Distilleries is a Yorkshire single malt whiskey that was finished in peated ex-bourbon cask #2 for a period of two months. It is available in 700 ml bottles. The whiskey is a golden amber color and has a sweet, smoky aroma with notes of oak, dark fruits, and a light peatiness. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with flavors of honey, caramel, stewed fruits, and smoky peat with a lingering finish of oak and spice.
