is a limited edition rum from Barbados. It is a blend of rums aged for 11 years in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-sherry casks. The rum has a deep amber color and a complex nose of dried fruits, toffee, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of sweetness. This is a great rum for sipping neat or in a classic rum cocktail.
