Glendalough 25 Years is a single malt Irish whiskey that has been aged for 25 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. It is a limited edition whiskey, with only 1,000 bottles released in 2020. The whiskey has a deep golden color and a complex aroma of dried fruits, toasted oak, and spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy, with notes of honey, toffee, and dried fruits. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of spice.
