The Golden Moon Principium A Colorado Single Malt Whiskey is a unique whiskey made from 100% malted barley, distilled in small batches in a copper pot still. It is aged in new American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, and is bottled at 90 proof. The whiskey has a light golden color, with aromas of toasted oak, caramel, and vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy, with notes of toasted oak, caramel, and vanilla, and a hint of spice. The finish is long and smooth, with a lingering sweetness.
