High West Double Rye is a blend of two straight rye whiskeys, one aged two years and the other aged sixteen years. It is bottled at 92 proof and has a deep amber color. On the nose, it has aromas of baking spices, toasted oak, and dried fruit. On the palate, it has flavors of caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of sweetness. This whiskey is great for sipping neat or in cocktails.
