This limited edition release from Hinterhaus Distillery is made from a blend of two bourbons aged in charred oak casks and finished in Calaveras casks. The Calaveras finish adds a unique layer of depth and complexity to the Bourbon. Notes of dried fruit, toasted oak, sweet tobacco, and leather are present on the nose, with underlying layers of caramel, vanilla, and baking spice.
