Holmes Cay Single Cask Guyana 2005 750 ml
This single cask rum from Holmes Cay is a limited edition release from Guyana, distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2020. It is a blend of pot and column still rums, aged for 15 years in ex-bourbon barrels. The rum has a deep golden color and a complex aroma of dried fruits, toffee, and oak. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice. The finish is long and lingering with a hint of smoke. This is a great sipping rum that can also be used in cocktails.
