This particular bourbon is double-aged for 10 years, and bottled at 100 proof. It has an amber color and a sweet, oaky nose with hints of caramel, toffee, and spice. On the palate, the whiskey is smooth and mellow, with notes of honey, vanilla, and spice. The finish is long and warming, with a hint of pepper. Enjoy this whiskey neat, or with a splash of water.
