Jeffersons Ocean Cask Strength 750 ml
Jefferson’s Ocean Cask Strength is a limited-edition bourbon whiskey that is bottled at cask strength. It is made from a blend of 8 to 12 year old bourbons that have been aged in American oak barrels and then finished in ex-bourbon casks that have been used to age Caribbean rum. The whiskey is bottled at a higher proof than the standard Jefferson’s Ocean, which is bottled at 90 proof. The cask strength version is bottled at anywhere from 114 to 120 proof, depending on the batch. The higher proof gives the whiskey a bolder flavor and a more intense finish.
