Kings County Peated Bourbon is a small-batch whiskey made from a mash of New York-grown corn, malted barley, and peat-smoked barley. It is aged in new charred oak barrels for at least two years. The whiskey has a smoky, earthy flavor with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. It is bottled at 90 proof.
