Knox and Dobson Improved Whiskey Cocktail 200ml
Ingredients:

– 2 oz. Knox and Dobson Improved Whiskey
– 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
– 1/2 oz. simple syrup
– 2 dashes Angostura bitters
– 1/2 oz. orange liqueur
– Orange peel, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Fill a shaker with ice.

2. Add the Knox and Dobson Improved Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, Angostura bitters, and orange liqueur.

3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.

4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

5. Garnish with an orange peel.
