Ko’olau Distillery Old Pali Road Whiskey is a small-batch whiskey made from a blend of corn, rye, and barley. It is aged in charred American oak barrels for a minimum of two years. The whiskey has a smooth, mellow flavor with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. It is bottled at 80 proof and is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
