This whiskey is made from a blend of pot still and grain whiskeys that have been aged for at least 12 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The whiskey is then finished in ex-rum casks for an additional period of maturation. The result is a whiskey with a deep amber color and a complex flavor profile of dried fruits, spices, and oak.
