Off Hours Bourbon is a small batch bourbon whiskey made from a blend of corn, rye, and malted barley. It is aged in charred oak barrels for a minimum of two years, giving it a smooth, mellow flavor. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel and oak. On the palate, it has notes of vanilla, toasted oak, and a hint of spice. The finish is long and smooth, with a lingering sweetness. Off Hours Bourbon is perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.
