This is a limited edition single cask rum from the Plantation Rum Guyana Ocho Tequila Cask Maturation Single Cask Collection. It was distilled in 1998 and bottled in 750 ml bottles. This rum is made from a blend of rums aged in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished in ex-tequila barrels. The result is a unique and complex rum with notes of oak, vanilla, caramel, and a hint of tequila. This is a great rum for sipping neat or in cocktails.
