Proof and Wood 3/2 Pot Still Rum is a blend of rums from Jamaica, Guyana, and Barbados. The liquid is aged for a minimum of 12 months in both ex-bourbon and used port casks before being blended and bottled, creating a distinctive rum that captures the styles of each of the island origin components. The taste is complex yet balanced, with notes of caramel, toasted oak, baking spice, dried fruit, and toffee. The finish is smooth and long-lasting.
