Redwood Empire Pipe Dream Bourbon Cask Strength is a limited edition whiskey from Redwood Empire Distilling. It is a blend of two-year-old bourbon and four-year-old rye whiskey, aged in new American oak barrels and finished in charred bourbon barrels. The whiskey is bottled at a cask strength of 115.2 proof, and is non-chill filtered. The whiskey has a deep amber color, with aromas of caramel, oak, and vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy, with notes of toffee, spice, and oak. The finish is long and lingering, with a hint of sweetness.
