River Basin Distillery Small River Basin Rye 2018 750 ml
This small-batch rye whiskey from River Basin Distillery is made from a blend of rye, corn, and malted barley. It is aged for two years in new, charred American oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. On the palate, it is smooth and creamy with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove. The finish is long and spicy with a hint of pepper. This whiskey is perfect for sipping neat or in a classic cocktail.
