This limited edition cask strength bourbon is a blend of two straight bourbons, aged for a minimum of four years in new, charred American oak barrels. The blend is composed of a high-rye bourbon and a wheated bourbon, both distilled in Kentucky. The blend is bottled at 117.26 proof, and is non-chill filtered. The nose is full of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with notes of dark chocolate, toffee, and baking spices. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of oak and spice.
