A tequila blanco scenario typically has an alcohol content of between 40-50%, as the agave content of the tequila is not aged, thus it does not introduce other flavor tones.
The flavor should still have a slightly peppery and vegetal taste, which is common to tequila, as well as some sweet notes that come through from the agave, typically with a slight hint of citrus. The flavor should be clean and crisp with a nice finish.
